The Best Way For College Student To Land A Job At A Hedge Fund Right After Graduation

Everyone knows networking is a big factor in getting that long-awaited job offer—but for possible employment at hedge funds, it's the ace in the hole that will get you the job.

Because hedge funds are so focused on culture and overall environmental "fit" when it comes to hiring new employees, they are more likely to hire someone they know on a more personal basis—that's why networking is so important, according to Bob Olman, president of the executive search firm Alpha Search Adivsory Partners.

In a release obtained by Business Insider, Olman said college graduates should not depend on career centers or on-campus recruiters to get a job at a hedge fund. Instead, finding unique ways to meet and network with hedge funders—like attending conferences where they are speaking or volunteering with charities they support—can be the extra step that get graduates closer to a hedge fund job.

From the release:

“Hedge funds have a unique culture and want talent that will preserve it... Because of this, managers prefer to hire grads they know personally or that have been recommended to them by a close acquaintance. Beyond education and experience, cultural fit is the top thing a manager will look for in an entry-level candidate.”

Gee, I would think that anyone graduating from college who wanted to work in Hedge Funds would get a job quickly if he/she just put on their resume “A Born Patsy....I have been training for the last 6 years to be a corporate patsy; to take the blame, take the fall, and do the time”

If one is a good liar the best thing would be to run for office in D.C.
1.You would never have to work
2.You will have lifetime health insurance
3.You get a pay check for life
4.You can go parties any day of the week
5.

Reminds me of the Mafia and organized crime.

They are looking for people with a culture and overall environmental “fit”? And I would suspect that would be someone who is a globalist psychopath. :)

When liberals - globalists - decided to introduce Americans into the globalist social ideology, they set about culturally cleansing the society through the Universities. I remember when it was introduced into business schools. The object was to rid the world of “Western” business ethics and replace it with amoral, humanist ideology.

The article you offered to me pretty much describes, through a man's experience, the transformation of Golden sacks from a Western corporation to a global (humanist) corporation. The short cut terminology I use is a transfromation from being an American Corporation (of American thought and ethics) to being a “citizen of the world” which is without loyalty to any morals or ethics on behalf of the clients.

It will crash America because it is unworthy, dishonest and amoral. America's culture (which was cleansed by liberals in the name of global progress) is what made America's corporations successful. Humanism naturally goes with a communist economic system because it can not be trusted and is unworthy of freedom and independence. It is an ignorant soulless thief.
