BOSTON -- Harvard University alumni attending their 50th class reunion this week are getting updates on classmates, but one person stands out among those sharing news about career moves, retirements and grandkids: Unabomber Ted Kaczynski.
Kaczynski graduated in 1962 and is locked up in the federal Supermax prison in Colorado for killing three people and injuring 23 during a nationwide bombing spree between 1978 and 1995. In an alumni directory, he lists his occupation as "prisoner" and says his awards are "Eight life sentences, issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, 1998."

QUIZ:
Did Al Gore say it? Or was it the Unabomber?
It may be more difficult to decide than you think.

Except that we're not bombing innocent people. Note that even the Father of Lies often repeats true statements &emdash; when it suits him, that is. The thing that defines a liar is that he will lie when it suits him, too.
I don't want to fry Kaczynski for what he believes. I want to fry him for what he did.
And if you read my post, I think he deserves the needle for what he did. My point (once again) is that it while it may be fun and cute for those of us on the right to pick and choose parts of his manifesto that can be easily associated with the left, particularly much of the environmental movement it's not particularly prudent or effective to do so, because his manifesto can be cherry picked for passages that would make him sound like an ardent conservative...particularly his diatribe against political correctness.
He's a psycopath, and the only real "guilt by association" that can and should be played with him is with other psychopaths.
Ha!
