Thanks to all who have kept me in your prayers..
I am home with my wife and my girls thankfully. I am going to continue therapy on an out patient basis and I think it will benefit me greatly in the long run. Thankfully I have some answers now...
But a part of the problem is that I have neglected my own health over the last few years as I was taking care of my mom who was dying of lung cancer. Then after she passed away last year I sort of isolated myself. and I have not been feeling well for a long time... I tend to be a private person and there are some things I havent talked to my own friends about much and some personal things I regret even mentioning in the first place. But I am so thankfull for Free Republic and all of you. I feel cared about here. TY

Going through the sickness and death of a relative is a lonley and stressful journey. You are not alone in needing help after you arrange your being and life around such a depressing and stressful responsibility! Friends really don’t understand the process as do professionals. I am glad you bit the bullet and got the support you need. I bet it is a relief! God bless you.
