My bet is that every juror knew that we have a USAG who lied to Congress about international crimes he committed and has yet to be prosecuted, so why convict some retired ballplayer about alleged lies about baseball?

On Special Report this evening, they showed a letter from Holder saying that the DOJ never shipped guns into Mexico, a blatant lie in black and white. Why isn’t Holder facing prosecution for lying to Congress? Hmmmmm???

But if you smuggle 2,500 machine guns to DRUG DEALERS, and you kill 500 Mexicans and 2 US police officers, hey, that’s NO CRIME.

And the US media will report the BARE MINIMUM.

Good, now Congress can get back to doing their job and focusing on issues that are actually important to Americans.

Altho this athlete is probably guilty as hell, just that fact that Clinton, his disgusting wife, their whole administration, and this Holder ba$tard have lied to congress on immensely more dangerous and disgusting things, I’m glad we can move on.

Thank you Sen. Waxman for blowing $2 million on this one.

I am sorry that at a kid you sucked at baseball and always got picked last.

You will have to prove you are worthy some place else.

Since congress doesn't think they need to follow the law it should be reasonable that we follow their example.

Speaking of lying. Eric Holder recently said that lying depends on your state of mind.

“Like it is the job of Congress to worry about roids in baseball???”

It is all about face time on MSM.

5 years ago when this all started, “ole bat eared, flared nose Waxman” was all over TV.

The Rocket may have gotten off in court, however, a spurned Justice Department will sic the IRS on him with the Mother of All Audits for the remainder of his life.

Good for him. It’s laughable that a LYING Congress would even pull such a stunt! I hope Clements gets restitution out of the pockets of every politician on Crapitol Hell for his lawyer fees.
