Nun murdered by priest in 1980

Does anyone remember the murder of a nun by a priest back in 1980?

I was watching a program on Discovery ID called ‘American Occult’ and I was curious if anyone here,Catholic or Protestant,remembered this. I can’t recall the Sister’s name but the priest was a Father Robinson.

Very sad. How can a priest do such a thing to a nun?

This is not meant to be anti-Catholic as I know the overwhelming majority of priests would never do such a thing.

It was in Toledo, I think. The cops took a couple years to put the pieces together. The priest was definitely suffering from mental illness or as the faithful made think of it satanic possession. In any case the priest ended up going to prison for Murder 2.

It’s just hard to believe that a priest would commit an horrific act against such a pure,innocent person.
