When asked to craft a headline about her tenure at the EPA, chief administrator Lisa Jackson questioned the American publics ability to read at a fifth-grade level in an interview with the Guardian:
In accordance with the law, we moved forward with sensible, cost effective steps at the federal level on climate, using the Clean Air Act. And I would have a second sentence see, I cant write headlines! But it would be something like, The progress at state and local levels, combined with the federal level, does not obviate the need you cant use obviate, its above fifth-grade level! does not obviate the need for federal legislation to address this incredibly important challenge for this and future generations.

And yet, she is neither AFRICAN, nor AMERICAN.
This from an administrator, who is glib and masterful with words, but is a science moron --- Head of the EPA!
Doesn't know the difference between computer models and the demonstrable real world.
Probably can't be bothered to read the current Federal Rules of Evidence, which, incidentally is definitely written above the fifth grade level.
Isn't aware of the difference between politically driven drivel, and real science.
The fact that she is right, the electorate is retarded too; that's why the fond hope always is that elected lawmakers are all above the IQ level of 70 --- a task the electorate is unequiped to accept, does not eliminate the need for administrators to be somewhat better equiped to discuss science based rules.
And the beat goes on...

This was a theme being developed for a century by the Austrian-school economists.
Hayek took the lead in generalizing it to the whole of society, and determining individual freedom as the signal enabling characteristic of the most prosperous and peaceful nations; indeed, a defining characteristic of modern civilization.
He summed up this aspect of his life's work in his final monograph, The Fatal Conceit.
Of course, the United States, considered as a nation and a polity, have by now lost much of this. It remains to be seen (by you the reader, as it happens) whether prosperity and peace can be recovered here, and chaos and pestilence averted. And if not soon on these shores, where, and when?
I agree. If you don’t believe it, look who they elect to political office.
Maybe she’s ready to go on Foxworthy’s show...(and maybe not!) Sanctimonious ****.
It really doen’t matter what you think Lisa. But I would like to make one suggestion to you. Start packing your bags. Come November we are gonna boot Obama’s rear end out of office and all the rest of his anti american appointed democrat trash, with him.
FOAD lisa.
