Before you look to do harm to Chief Justice Roberts or his familyNo idea who this "Bert Atkinson Jr" is, but the world inside his mind must be awfully messed up if he thinks voicing disgust, disappointment and disagreement with Roberts ruling indicates an intent to "do harm" to anyone.
Atkinson should get his @$$ whipped just for mentioning it!

Exactly. Elitists like Roberts and their families will always have the cadillac-quality health care package. As such, the treatment he gets for his seizure disorder will be the top of the line, with the finest of medications and therapies. He`s not concerned about the lowly serfs having to scrape for the leftovers.

1. If you haven`t attended a class on Constitution 101, TAX
2. If you don`t own a gun (when you`re legally able to), TAX
3. If you`re among the 49.5% who aren`t paying federal income taxes, TAX
I think the Roberts ruling was a strike of genius. Hes put it back in our hands. He’s called the democrats outfor what they pulled. Its our responsibilty to defeat this.
Roberts’ immediate family will do fine piggybacking on his power and influence, but his grand and great grandchildren won’t be as fortunate. Serfdom is their future as well.
1. Gain all three branches
2. Repeal ACA before freshmen are tainted by Beltway
3. Constitutional amendment clarifying enumerated powers of Congress to tax.
4. Then, and only then, flowers to Mr. Justice Roberts.

Keep in mind that just all of us here saw thru the Obamacare ruse. Had the SCOTUS struck it down it would have been a great campaign issue for Obama and rallied his people and probably some independents as well as he would be harping about how partisan and unfair the SCOTUS is.
Roberts, is obviously, a very very very smart man. Rush and Levin and the rest of them can gnash their gums all they want, but in the end this will bring more people voting republican than ever before.
It has rallied all of us. Now we’re down right scared about this guy and him minions controlling matters.
Obama ran on a platform to nationalize health care. He won, with a majority in house and senate who quikly passed the laws for him. For the SCOTUS to strike that down when the PEOPLE have spoken would have looks basically as the liberals would say it did...A bunch white people judging the rest of us.
No, each day you’ll see, Roberts did us a huge favor. Brilliant move. He rope a doped the rest of them on the SCOTUS at the same time.

In Justice Roberts, I have finally found a public figure I loathe just as much as Baraq.
I strongly suggest you go back and listen to Mark Levin's show from last Thur and Friday.
Levin is a brilliant Constitutional scholar.
On Friday he specifically address the Commerce Clause issue. Levin clearly explained that this ruling does not put any limits at all on issues concerning the CC.
Robert's ruling is absolutely horrible -- there is no silver lining whatsoever.
I like what Roberts did. It was very crafty— a great strategic move in the game of chess that is the Presidential Election of 2012.
For a century, Americans have know the Democrats as the “Tax and Spend” Party. The Obama gang hoodwinked an ignorant poulace in 2008 with the slogan “Hope and Change”.
Now the people know that he meant “Hope for New Taxes and Change the Spending Ceiling and the National Debt by Trillions and Trillions of Dollars.”
Roberts was right: Obamacare is a New Tax on EVERYONE, not just on “millionaires and billionaires.”
Mitt Romney should hang this albatross aroung Obama’s neck at every single campaign stop during the next four months.
That should be “ignorant populace”.
