Jessica Simpson's Body Crisis!

Posted on 07/10/2012 9:02:40 PM PDT by traumer

It's been two months since Jessica Simpson gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson, and yet, according to fitness experts, she still looks to be at least 182 lbs. For a woman whose body has been a major part of her success, Jessica is traumatized by her surplus size. And friends say she has reached a breaking point in her struggle to lose the baby weight.

While no new mom should be expected to be superslim so soon after giving birth, Jessica, 32, is actually getting paid — to the tune of a reported $4 million — to shed 70 lbs. within a year: She inked a deal with Weight Watchers while she was expecting.

"Jess ate her way through the pregnancy, gorging on all her favorite junk foods," a friend says. "She just assumed, wrongly, she now realizes, that the weight would peel off. But it's not happening. She is freaking out."

Jessica's postbaby weight-loss routine includes regular workouts with trainer to the stars Harley Pasternak at Bodiworx Health & Fitness in Los Angeles as well as dieting. But friends say she's having trouble committing to both. After ballooning to more than 200 lbs. at the end of her pregnancy, she's finding the whole experience exhausting — and ineffective.

She’ll get a contract with Jenny Craig. Welcome to America. If ypu’re famous they pay you a million bucks for your wedding pictures, a million bucks for you newborn baby pictures and then when you get fat, they pay you a million bucks to lose weight. Sheesh.

"Jessica is traumatized by her surplus size"

I saw a photo of her trying to get out of a car today... I'm traumatized, too.

sadly eating trashy foods and not exercising results in weight gain and the cycle perpetuates itself. The only thing that ever worked for me is to not allow either in my life--trashy food that don't nurture my body and I weight train and commit to atleast 65 minutes of intense cardio 5 days a week. How do I look and feel? Fabulous. everyone thinks I am twenty years younger and even boys in their mid twenties and teenage girls think I am in my late twenties.

How old am I? 46 years old and I have worked hard for everything I have. I also don't take god's grace for granted. He gave me this body and the tools to nurture it. So I do.

Is it easy? Not always but I feel better than eating junk, sitting on my ass and as a result wanting to kill myself and not fully live life.

We have so little time on this earth. Live it well.

Face it Jessica likes being a lazy pig. She just doesn't like the results. No one does. It is initially hard to make changes but they are worth it ten fold. Don't let the pain, withdrawals, and emotional backlash stop you from your greatness!

"Her stomach is growling constantly because she's hungry; she's in a terrible mood because she's starving most of the time

At 192 lbs I don't see how that's possible.

Calories-in vs. calories-out... make all the excuses you want, it all comes down to that.

By the way I eat an anti inflammatory diet--meaning lots of whole foods--fruits, vegs, proteins, scarce grains--nearly a primal diet. No sugar and for false sugar I use liguid Stevia. No after taste unlike the powdered. It works great no fake sugars that produce neurotoxins.

I also use nutritional yeast (NOT BREWER's YEAST!) on popcorn and Rawmansean on popcorn too. Deliscious and full of vitamins.
