If my kitten had a stroke or neurological deficit, would I even notice the difference?

So far, he just acts generally brain damaged.

Never seen an animal this dopey in my life.

(then again, he is my first cat)

They calm down a bit when they grow up.

Then they start doing weird stuff ON PURPOSE.
