there is only one guy in the zumba class and he is an asian male, and he’s taking the class with his gf/wife. He’s there every week without fail! he warms up by doing golf swings, it’s hilarious.

all the ladies around here have gotten into water zumba, cannot tell you how many have invited me to go. they offer free days to anyone coming for the first time so they all keep asking me. haven’t gone yet. one friend goes to regular zumba classes all week and then water zumba on the weekend. it’s kind of scary when her eyes glaze over and she rants on about the joys of zumba.
well i am not a glassy-eyed ranter, but it is an intensive workout and made more enjoyable by music. i simply cannot motivate myself to exercise without music with a driving beat. i guess the idea of water zumba would be less stress, but i can’t imagine how you can move sufficiently in water.
Obama’s proposed tax hikes looming in January are “mean” to those in the “median”.
