Shannon Eastin to Become First Female NFL Referee

Shannon Eastin is making history this week as the first woman to referee a National Football League game and she acknowledges that she is a bit of a pioneer.
"I would say probably most of the way, to some degree, yes. Even in my previous experience in judo, I did a lot of things that were first there," Eastin said in a news conference Tuesday.
Eastin, 42, will serve as the line judge in Thursday's pre-season game between the San Diego Chargers and the Green Bay Packers.

Agreed. If she gets the calls right she’ll be a welcome improvement over some of the guys they’ve had in the past.
I agree, Sarah Thomas is more qualified and would have been a better choice.

Having been a dial-up customer when I first came onto FR, I realize what large uploads of photos will do. Therefore, I have always made my individual uploads small in size as possible and all .gifs. So, all the 27 photo I uploaded in my initial post an average size of 29K making a total of around 783K.
One large .jpg can run upward to a million K or very much more if really large.
