Shannon Eastin to Become First Female NFL Referee

Shannon Eastin is making history this week as the first woman to referee a National Football League game and she acknowledges that she is a bit of a pioneer.
"I would say probably most of the way, to some degree, yes. Even in my previous experience in judo, I did a lot of things that were first there," Eastin said in a news conference Tuesday.
Eastin, 42, will serve as the line judge in Thursday's pre-season game between the San Diego Chargers and the Green Bay Packers.

Exactly. If she can do the job properly, she’s welcome to do it, as far as I’m concerned. I don’t care what whether or not it’s a man or woman, or what color their skin is, they’re there to do a job, and they’re either good at it or they’re not. Isn’t that all that matters?

There are hundreds of male white Referees in the College ranks that are equally qualified if not more qualified than this woman. The NFL has a policy of hiring referees that a) Are black or of a minority b) Former NFL players or c) relatives of NFL players or referees. Speaking to some highly qualified College referees, the WASP referees said that the Minnesota Vikings will win the Super Bowl before any of them get hired into the NFL.

Typical ABC, the headline is wrong. She's not a referee. A referee is just that, and wears a white hat. She's a line judge.
This is just more affirmative action. There are far more qualified refs in the college ranks.
This thread just shows that “conservatives” have accepted the pathology of “feminism”.
I can’t really root for her after reading this article:
The Refs tonight are complete unknowns. No Div. I, II or III college Refs are taking the chance. BTW, if she was a man she’d be called a Scab.
