The Gambler, starring Michael Gabon, 1997
Intimate Affairs, starring Neve Campbell, 2007
Ghost World, starring Thora Birch, 2001
Lola, starring Charles Bonson, 1969
Yes, you are correct. Those are movies.
Seriously though, I would just watch ebay. Maybe save the search to alert you for when they show up.
They’re all available on Amazon.
Bonson? Gabon? Is this catz posting again?
Neve Campbell used to be cute, back around when I was cute, too.
sorry
Gambon
Bronson
Gambon played Dumbledore, but nobody cares: we all like Snape best. James Garner, in his autobiography, said Bronson was a real creep.
This has nothing to do with your post ... just some facts I know, and the benefit of moving your thread along.
I’ve spilled enough drinks on my keyboard over the years there are several buttons that take a little more force than others.
We just replace the keyboard when it stops working, and I let the little boys smash up the old one with hammers.
My keyboard is on an old laptop.
Someday I’ll let the boys smash a laptop. I have dreams of a completely analog lifestyle.
That movie starring Neve Campbell which I listed also stars
Julie Delpy
Tuesday Weld
Robin Tunney
I doubt there’s another movie out there with so many drool worthy babes. That’s why I have to have it.
All except Ghost World, which is too popular and probably readily available online, are available on cinemageddon.net, if you’re up for going that route.
The original title of the Neve Campbell movie is ‘Investigating Sex’. You’ll find it under that title.
I’ve made my collection all digital and replaced all but 3 movies from my old VHS collection. Still working on those other three...
Great movie, one of Steve Buscemis' shining moments
Torrents on the internet
Some movies are just impossible to find. For example “Triumphs of a Man Called Horse”
Just an observation on movies: I used to watch my favorite movies again and again either on tape/disc or whenever they were shown on TV—I’ve seen Forrest Gump, the Godfather(and the Godfather Part II), Gone With the Wind, and the Sound of Music more times than I can count. But I recently quit. I find that I don’t enjoy them and the “specialness” they had the first time gets lost when you can recite the dialogue along with the actors. And it’s a BIG waste of time. I wish I had all of those hours back where I could have read a book or done something useful around the house. Also, why watch a movie I’ve seen before when there are so many out there that I haven’t seen. I know that this recommendation won’t appeal to a lot of people, but one thing I do is I go to my local library down the street and check out movies for free—I pick up anything that looks watchable, a lot of foreign films, and give them a shot. I’ve seen a lot of good movies this way (not all were good) and I didn’t give a cent to Hollyweird. My one exception: I will watch Christmas movies before the holidays, not to watch a movie, but to get into the Christmas spirit.
One step at a time...I only just recently gave up video games. I gave up reading novels years ago...absolute waste of my time. Sometimes I do get an audio book from the public library though.
