Toast...Burnt Toast... No, seriously, instead of replying with a "bump", I replied with "Bacon". Afterall, would you rather have a bump or have Bacon? ...no-brainer. I'll skip the burnt toast though.

Did I say that OJ was innocent?
All I was saying is that the way the second glove was found was too cute. IMHO, the police tried to improve an already strong case by relocating evidence, and in so doing introduced reasonable doubt and lost what should have been a slam-dunk.

I don’t know if he’s guilty or not. I’ve been to the condo, it’s a very small space, and it’s very hard to imagine that lummox being able to pull that off. But who knows.
On point two, I completely agree.

"Recently finished a novel set in the UK legal system. Their jury selection is random via computer. Seating a jury takes minutes versus weeks or months. And neither side can play games with trying to stack the jury."My understanding is there's a cooperation in a search for truth. While here it's become primarily about excluding as much evidence as possible and winning.

During the civil trial I called the Goldman's Attorneys office and explained how there was a blood transfer through 3 surface of 0J Simpleton's sox . 0J’s lawyers claimed it was proof the evidence was tampered with . They said sock being worn could not transfer to blood the 3rd surface . I reminded the Goldman's Atty’s. the sox were on the floor at the foot of Simpleton's bed ,,, he simply stepped on the sox after they were removed and thus the transfer was made then . Goldmans Lawyers used my observation to clear this matter up successfully . I also gave them my theory on the glove issue ,,,, and the rest is history .

And they accuse the defense of tampering with this glove... I found that the small percentage of Americans who thought OJ was innocent (or that detectives "tampered" with the evidence) seemed to be most blacks, both male and female, or macho, macho white men (who may have been able to convince their wives/family members of the same).

The glove could have, well, fit like a glove, and he still would have gotten off.

No way police are picking up a blood soaked glove (carried how?) and “planting” it at another location, ESPECIALLY at the home of one as famous as Simpson. What would give them the idea that he was the killer?

OJ’s struggle to pull the leather glove over his hand reminded me of all the times when, as the weather turned cooler, I had to force my hands into leather gloves that had spent months languishing in the closet during warmer months.
Leather shrinks over time. Go figure.

3) OJ will still face the Most Highest Judge.
Not a good experience for the unrepentent.

Pouring a thin stream of glue into the seams of the glove would have caused the fingers to stick together as they clearly did when O J tried it on.
The gloves had been saturated with human blood. Glue would have been over-kill.

I’ve always thought they should have had a mold made of his hand before introducing the glove.

The verdict was disgusting and I became physically ill watching his face as he knew he got off and was evading justice.
He still has eternity waiting. The worldly judgment is not final.

Johnny Cochran was a lawyer.
his job was to get his client, off. He may or may not have felt OJ was guilty. but that was not his job.
I do not know anything about Cochran except what I saw in the trial....a seemingly, affable enough, guy. He himself might be an ax murder or a saint. I do not judge his ability to achieve salvation...that is between him and his maker.
