A kind and obviously respectful young lady.
She took her time to help one of her elders, when the rest of them just dodged around him or would have run him down.
I noticed that she did keep him hoping; but adjusted her pace to suit his. Thank God there are still people like her in this world.
So many scooters and cars just zipping by them like they weren’t there. The old man likely would have been hit if he tried that on his own. Wish every person was kind like that lady.

I saw an elderly lady cross the intersection twice last week while I was out walking my 2 mile course. BOTH times she walked while having a red light. I guess crossing on a green light was foreign to her. The first time all of the cars waited patiently. The second time one of the cars blew the horn at her. I mentioned to her that she walked twice against the red light and the drivers here in town were likely to hit her. She said it was ok. She didn't appear crazy, but was risking her life here in Glendale California. MANY bad drivers in the city.
That looks like a wide intersection. He needs to get a scooter too ;-)
i wish i could say the callousness and indifference of all those people was a surprise but it wasn’t. God bless her and her daughter.

Asked myself the same question....who has dash-cams? Cops. Then why wasn’t a cop out there helping?...is what I surmised. A nice gesture however....in keeping with the respect Eastern cultures have for the elderly.
