So I've grown up in church. And everything I've read and heard preached went something like this.
Israel will be in a war.. or be about to get into a war when the Antichrist comes along and makes a "peace" deal for 7 years.
3 and a half years into the deal the Antichrist breaks the deal and starts a war with Israel.
Does this deception sound like "Taquia" to any of you.
"Taquia" teaches Muslims that it's ok to lie to an enemy during battle. Deception, etc.
I've like to hear Freepers thoughts on this.
Will the Antichrist be a muslim? I thought that person was supposed to be very believable.. and fool a lot of the world. At this point I would hope a lot of people wouldn't be fooled by a Muslim.
But again.. Obama did manage to become President. Doh!

I believe that is a logical possibility. The 'peace' broker (the Antichrist) could say 'do it' (sign the treaty) or be annihilated. It's possible that the AC would be someone already negotiating with the Islamists. (hmmmmm) And someone with the firepower to wield the sword over them as well if they don't go along with the program. (By peace he will destroy many...) There is at least a few of those candidates out there in the world today, and the current sitting US president is most likely not from the US at all. Part of his family genealogy originates in Africa. Think Byzantine/Eastern leg of the ancient Roman Empire and the possibility that some of his ancestors and blood line could have originated in that region. I want to be careful about saying who is and is not the antichrist. But you can't ignore the possibilities. Eventually, Satan will indwell the shell of whomever it is anyway and that person will be possessed like no other to achieve his purposes.
All that being said, "Maranatha"! The world is deteriorating before our eyes and the Lord Jesus Christ will be the only one to truly bring justice and set things straight. The false christ will be an imposter and a tool of the devil, capable of lying and deceiving like his father the devil, as satan takes his last gasps on earth before being put on lock down in the pit (Rev.20) before the Millennium.
The muslims believe that there will be an actual beast that comes out of the earth carrying the staph of Moses and wearing Solomon’s that people will worship .
They believe that this beast will mark all true believer on the head with his staff so that people can visually tell the difference between what they consider true believers and those who don’t believe .
Islam sets up muslims to accept the antichrist.
Remember his father was of British/Kenyan descent.
The guy is likely to be an Arab Israeli citizen...

The sad thing is that after election day, one of two men will be elected president whose only experience of Christianity is better described as anti-Christian, regardless of whether it is Antichrist.
Even if we vote for Virgil Goode or some other third-party candidate, we all know Obama or Romney will be our next president.
I know that will offend Mormons, but they really need to read their Bibles more and use it to evaluate their Book of Mormon.
