The moderator didn't think you guys were intellectually savy enough to see through the title of the post despite the body of the thread shining light on it. I completely understand your frustration. Some of the replies indicate concerns that the Left will use some statements out of context against us. I’ve got news for some of you; the Left will always do that even if they have to make it up. You can’t make them love us by trying to play nice. It’s a slippery slope when you begin to stifle the truth and modify your speech, out of fear of what your opponent may say or do. They’ve made the rules and had home field advantage long enough, screw ‘em. Oh,I’m voting for the white guy too BUT I would have voted for the black guy if the black guy had been Alan West or Herman Cain.
I thought I was the only one thinking that same thing, it is an ever increasing phenomenon.

And yet it is perfectly OK if a black man says on TV or writes in that he is voting for the black candidate because he is black. What’s good for the goose should be good for the gander...but I agree, Arcy could have re-worded the title to protect FR from repercussions so it would have been acceptable to FR and given us the benefit of his thoughts.

In fact, it has been stated that his nominal father had some Arab blood. Therefore, Obama would actually be more white than black.
A long, long time ago he chose for long-range political purposes to pretend he's predominantly black....and he isn't.
That being said, the average lumpen reader doesn't know all this history and background....and the liberal media doesn't care to acknowledge it....so it's better under certain circumstances for FR not to display unnecessary inflammatory buzz-words. It just hands the Left too-easy ammunition.
I believe the Mod was correct and evinced political savvy in his/her suggestion to the poster to change the title.
Many times it's good strategery to fall back a step to gain 10 steps later on.
It's also good strategery to use a stiletto rather than a sledgehammer to get a point across.

Which “white” guy was being referred to? Unlike LA in the past, I don’t consider 7% black and 50% white to be black. We have two white guys running this election cycle. One is a fast socialist and the other is a slow socialist. While I can’t gin up any enthusiasm for him I will vote for the slow one with the hope that we will have enough time to behead that monster, socialism.
