Well, we all knew Mitt was a liberal, tonight be proved it (just my opinion)

I don't mean to pee on the parade of all the Mitt fans here. But did anybody else notice how Romney threw the Tea Party and conservatives in general under the bus tonight. He has disavowed every conservative position he has ever PRETENDED to take.
I am pissed.

"Romney mentioned the constitution"
And he mentioned God...something that the poster of this thread claims to care about since he/she has it as part of their screen name.

Romney has a LOT of flaws, but he is the most conservative guy left running, by a long-shot.
No way I could even think about sitting this one out. The damage the Kenyan would do over the next four years could very well be too much for the country to take.

still had TONS of conservative themes portrayed in a way that can get the mushy middle.”
Great way to say it.
E.g. on education, Mitt Romney was all about how he cared about education touted Massachusetts and how he wouldnt cut education, but THEN went on about how funding should go to PARENTS and that TEACHERS are what matters in education and states should lead, etc. He sounded moderate and sincere ... but guess what ... ROMNEY IS MORE CONSERVATIVE ON EDUCATION THAN GW BUSH WAS.
In fact, Romney’s overall domestic agenda, immigration, education, spending, will be more conservative than GWB.
This debate performance was very solid for Romney and showed a better side of him than we got from his convention speech.

get back under your rock and vote for Obama which you intended to do in the first place. Romney DESTROYED Obama in this debate and there’s no denying it..

No, I get it. Romney beat Obama like a rented mule therefore he must be bad. Some folks can’t handle winning for a change.

Fine. Be pissed that he didn't say everything according to Constitutional principles. However, he strongly presented his case for American capitalism, which has been to the benefit of the world.
Be happy he at least did that. That's all I wanted from this guy who I didn't support over Newt. He kicked Obama's socialist ass to the curb.

He made supportive statements of states rights and significant cuts to spending. Did you miss that?

Romney has a LOT of flaws, but he is the most conservative guy left running, by a long-shot. Romney's secret was wearing a larger lapel flag.

Why post such a complaint, but then leave without discussing your point with others.
You come off like a troll who has bided your time for this specific point in time to deflate the good feeling conservatives have over the way Obama finally was taken to the woodshed.
I can only come to the conclusion that you sir are a troll!
