Another comment. If they still have his samples, why, and if they do do they have every other riders samples. Have they been retested at the same level of rigor. I didn’t know you saved negatives only positives for litigation purposes.

George Hincappie had absolutely no reason to have anything against Armstrong. They were long time pals. The fact that George came forward, even when no one had pointed a finger at him, was proof enough for me. The “fact” he did not come positive on all those tests are explained in all the affidavits of the various riders and the medical help they had in low dosing and using solutions to washout their urine before tests, and that they had advance knowledge of those tests. Levi Leiphemer also admitted it though he never came positive either. He said he used it in low doses over his time with Postal and Discovery. They had at least three doctors assisting in this program. Go read all the affidavits. They pretty much lay it out where you see how they ran the program. Understand one thing, all those EX-Postal and Discovery riders who came positive, came up positive AFTER they left Postal and Discovery and were not under the programs and doctors to assist them. When they tried to do it alone, they got caught. Armstrong is guilty. Simple as that. People are going to have to come to an understanding that Humpty has fell off the wall and his aura is broken.

That’s a lot of words to say, “I don’t have any evidence of failed drug tests either”.

I’m not interested in jealous cyclists. It’s their word against Armstrong.

Over 500 tests during races and not one failed tests. I won’t be part of railroading somebody without evidence of a failed test during a race.
