STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A Westerleigh woman bit off part of her husband's tongue during a spat Thursday night in their home, allege prosecutors.
Julianne Borgiorni, 41, and her spouse, Lawrence, began arguing at about 9:15 p.m. inside their Jewett Avenue residence, said court papers.
At one point, Mrs. Borgiorni bit the tip of her husband's tongue "causing [it] to become detached," court documents state.
