Why would Valerie Jarrett want to be the puppetmaster of the President ?

What would cause a person to step into that role ? Why would they take on that job ?

Telling Barry every move to make, what to say, what to do, who can talk to Barry, who can't, what to do when the U.S. credit rating was downgraded.

Who would want to do the job of the President but not actually be the President ?

Why ?

George Soros has donated more money to the obumbler campaign than any individual.

But the many groups he is supporting that are not defined as campaign or political organizations have received huge amounts of money, all directed at keeping obumbler in office.

Yet to our knowledge, which I admit is not complete, he has visited the red house only 5 times.

With millions of his own money banking on obumbler, how can that be?

The president of SEIU and officials of other unions have been there dozens or more times.

Unless he has a conduit or contact directly to the red house and does not feel the need to visit it in person.

It has been rumored that Valerie Jarret is that contact.

In other words, Soros says “Jump”, she tells obungler to jump.

I think your analysis of NGO influence is, in the main, correct. And I do believe Jarrett is serving a role for the Left. But I don't believe it is incompatible with her own power trip. After all, from my perspective, the entire nature of the Left is appealing to people who believe they ought to be the ones to set the world straight. That is about as fundamental a power trip as you can be on.

Soros presides over a network of hundreds of organizations directly employing thousands of professionals that operate throughout the world. His network shares a common vision with the New Left, what has been labeled a shadow party of the Democratic Party. His network shares a common vision with hundreds of New Left networks of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that operate as various types of think tanks and other policy-influencing and advocacy organizations. Their membership spans members of corporate boards, politicians, statesmen, academics, activists, entertainers, news anchors, etc. Their are countless policy papers written by these NGOs that, for the most part, are completely unreported even though they are publicly available on the internet; they are, quite simply, hidden in plain sight.

While this may sound like a crazed conspiracy theory, consider that George Soros himself is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, an NGO dating back to the end of wWI, the work product of which was used to devise President Wilson's 14 points. While Soros is not "running" the CFR, being a member simply extends his fingers into that arena. And, make no mistake, he is by no means the only New Left member of the CFR. And CFR is only one of thousands of influential NGOs. USAID, the primary government agency which doles out foreign aid, is massively intertwined with NGOs, and the CIA and State Department, as well as the rest of the U.S. government, are as well.

This White House has not and basically does not produce legislation or policy on it's own; it leaves that to shadow party elements that work with Congress to handle those tasks.

Accordingly, there is little need for Soros himself to interact with the White House, other than to give advice concerning contingencies like Benghazi, dire economic circumstances, etc. Even in such cases, Jarrett is quite capable of knowing the century-old New Left agenda she grew up with and, consequently, what moves POTUS should make in most every situation. No doubt that is why she was chosen for the role she has - she has the brains to operate, for the most part, independently. Undoubtedly there would have been initial strategizing, perhaps long before the 2008 election, but with Jarrett's list of contacts in the New Left, direct input from Soros specifically would not typically be unnecessary.

Soros support of the administration can be done independently, as his network includes a network of media outlets and his network of Super-PACs can spend independently to put out their own messages. Actually, McCain-Feingold legislation was the brainchild of the Soros network and was designed expressly for the purpose of being able to keep up to the previously superior fundraising capability of the Republican Party. It allows wealthy left wingers unlimited tax-deductible donations to organizations promoting the agenda of the New Left.

If New Left NGO planners engineered the Benghazi attack as an operation designed to turn the upcoming election for POTUS, the WH would not even have to be aware of any of the operation. The only request the planners would need to make of the WH is to hold off reacting. Given that the UBL kill also involved the same pattern of holding off on reaction by Jarrett and POTUS as long as possible, it could be that holding off is simply part of the pre-inauguration strategy that has been in place all along, in which case a simple advance notice of what would happen would suffice and potentially even that would be unnecessary.

Also, the fact that many NGO networks, USAID and the CIA share a common long-held goal of democratization of the mideast muslim nations which is now being born out in the so-called "Arab spring", it stands to reason that any unrest in the mideast is instantly recognized as part of those ongoing efforts of partners, unsavory as it seems. In other words, it's our NGO partners at work, "now let's see what they're doing".

It would not take a rocket scientist to figure out that there would be a possibility that the attackers might take the Ambassador alive and that a hostage situation would develop. If there were no partnerships on the ground - any sane person would know that the sooner help arrives, the better chance of recovering the Ambassador alive was. However in this case, knowing that the attack was part of ongoing NGO partner efforts, it's easy to recognize that the hostage situation obviously could be resolved with NGO "mediation" in the background, which would result in POTUS being viewed as a hero for saving the Ambassador through peaceful negotiation once the public version of the story comes out.

The fact that security at the Consulate has been kept to a minimum all along would be consistent with this operation being considered a possibility by the NGO planners as much as a year ago as an option in case the economy stayed too depressed to enable POTUS to be re-elected. This could have actually been conveyed simply as suggestions by mid- to upper-level NGO and State Dept staff - perhaps mutually arrived at (i.e., with a wink and nod) - that minimal security was a better security posture given the policy goals of the administration in this area.
