The boy, injured in the accident near Smithville Lake, remained in serious condition Friday at Childrens Mercy Hospital.
We are pretty much in shock and just having a hard time wrapping our heads around the whole thing, said Cheryl Krecker, a friend and colleague of Laura McClendon, 30.

Yikes!

The liberals response will be to make sneezing while driving illegal, mandate that automated monitoring systems that can detect sneezing and transmit it to the local police station installed which will then issue a citation that will be mailed to your home address.
More traffic experts are growing more alert to the dangers of sneezing behind the wheel.
The media is giving the signal... A government solution is on the way.
Look for LaHood to publicly address the sneezing-and-driving epidemic tomorrow or Tuesday.
Looks like sometimes the effects of sneezing can be positive!

I just bite my tongue. At times i’ve come near to drawing blood but haven’t so far.
I’m sure I couldn’t say, except that maybe your passengers thought they might need to exit the vehicle in haste.
