Despite all the investigation, public outrage and scrutiny over the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, at least one major piece of evidence has not yet been thoroughly analyzed: his cellphone.
Police found it at the scene the night Trayvon was shot, its battery dead. Authorities tried but failed to download data from the phone, then asked his father, Tracy Martin, for the security code so they could unlock it. They didn't get the code and turned the phone over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
A crime-lab specialist there had only limited success accessing the messages, photos and other information on the phone, according to attorneys for defendant George Zimmerman.
Without the security code, FDLE analyst Stephen Brenton told attorneys, he could not unlock the phone and download information from its primary data-storage site: the chip built into the phone, said defense attorney Mark O'Mara.
Brenton was able to download files from two removable-storage devices in the phone: its SIM card and SD card, O'Mara said. But the information on its internal chip remains a mystery. It could be revealing, according to O'Mara and co-counsel Don West.

The father’s not giving it out because the girl told daddy what Tray really said...like maybe....he’ll kill Zimmerman???
People, lissen up! As Uncle Chip explains right here, Police need the pin for the ACCOUNT, not for the phone. I still think they should be able to get the information off the phone, but even accepting that they need the pin, it is the father’s pin to the account. Got it?

This phone is the critical piece of evidence in this case, as a matter of fact, the only physical piece of evidence that the the SP has for her indictment connecting its star witness to the deceased. And they let it sit there and don’t want to know what’s in it???
Furthermore what was/is stopping the SPD or FDLE from accessing the phone was/is not a PIN to the phone entered into it by Trayvon Martin, but the PIN to the ACCOUNT held by Tracy Martin, the father running around the country to all those churches whining about justice for Trayvon.
And all the media knew about this and sat on it because as far back as March at a news conference the justice-seeking father says that he refuses to turn over his PIN to law enforcement.
And the SP, who is in daily contact with Benjamin Crump, Martin’s attorney, never asked for the PIN from him so they could access this piece of evidence???? This is unbelievable. The SP is demanding things from every irrelevant person in this case except the one person with the key to the central piece of evidence???
I hope that the Defense team subpoenas Tracy Martin and Benjamin Crump and Angela Corey for the scheduled December 11th hearing so that we can watch the finger pointing and hear the bs fly around the courtroom. And if Tracy Martin does not turn over the PIN on the spot, he should be taken into custody until he does. And that’s just for starters.
