Meet Corey Curtis.

The Wisconsin man, who has fathered nine children with six women, was ordered yesterday to cease procreating until he can support his numerous offspring.

At Curtis’s sentencing yesterday for bail jumping and failure to pay child support, Circuit Court Judge Tim Boyle told the 44-year-old Racine man that his frequent breeding was to be curbed as a condition of his three-year probation term.

Hopefully the judge will put him in jail. Of course the babymamas don’t mind cuz the check keeps coming from you and me thru that “kinder/gentler” 3rd party.

Are courts able to force people to take/use contraceptives or get sterilized today?

“He is actually Amish! Who wouda thunk?”

I never would have guessed it either. He looks to be of the dark skinned variety.

“all six women he’s with ought to also keep their damn legs closed as well.”

For years it has always been “blame the woman” when she got pregnant.

It takes two to tango. I’m glad at least a judge finally sees that and puts a plug on the problem of what gets women pregnant.

Wow, there’s a serious lack of moral values in the Amish communities these days. Too bad the little chillun’ will probably grow up and repeat their parents lack of good judgement.

I don’t know but twice this year, in two different states women have been forced to have abortions.

I realize it’s a slippery slope but truth be told I’d rather see men like these be stearlized than a forced abortion.

There was a story on the news tonight on a cold case about a father of seven who was shot and killed a year ago. He was 24 years old. In Detroit. You guessed it. Amish.

for years we’ve had women pumping out kids because they are welfare money makers for mom, with the state only rewarding her if she doesn’t marry the guy. anytime they’ve even toyed with a sentence that says the woman can’t have kids until she’s responsible, a whole feminist industry mobilizes and says you can’t do that to her reproductive rights. i say sterilize them all until they are responsible people, man or woman.

Is there anything in state or federal law that allows the judge to do this?

It's a condition that the defendant agrees to in order to induce the judge to put him on probation rather than sending him to state prison for faiilure to pay child support.
