Officials are still trying to sort out what to do about a dead 40-foot fin whale that washed ashore last week in Malibu, creating a big stink.
The spit of sand is at the foot of a towering cliff, below Barbara Streisand's neighborhood that features massive estates of groomed lawns, swimming pools and tennis courts.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. We lived in Oregon when this happened and for years afterwards (probably still), every time something happened with a whale, they hauled out this video. Too funny!
Given the location, how do we know the stench is really coming from the whale?
There are many very wealthy business owners, inventors etc, who reside in Malibu, and these people have created many thousands of jobs in CA and all over the U.S.
Apparently many who reside in places like Hacksaw Arkansas and Cowflop Tennessee, think everyone in Malibu are Hollywood celebrities cruising down PCH in presidential stretch limousines.
Not quite.
The picture of the dog is priceless. I can imagine it thinking, “Can I bury this in the backyard?”

What's interesting, is Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, people like Charlie Manson etc, all born, raised and educated on the east coast, places like Ohio etc...and are all imports.
When ya hear people say people from CA are infecting their states, the sad reality is, many are just returning home after losing their butts or failing. Cheet happens.
I've ran into countless people who've come here from other states, and countries, thinking their going to get rich, make that big money, become famous etc, and grab a piece of paradise. Ya can't blame some of them for trying.
If the Hollywood ninny crowd wasn’t invloved the STATE would have already began fining the Property Owner a minimum of $10,000 per DAY that this carcass is rotting on PRIVATE PROPERTY, they would then immediately move to SEIZE the Property through Eminent Domain using the basis that the current Property Owner is INCAPABLE and Un-Willing to keep the Property Properly Maintained and has created a Blight on our Wonderful State not to mention The Health Hazard.
