Now I've been watching this news for most of the day. Remarkably, it seems to change every few minutes.
First, we had the name change. Who exactly did the shooting? Ryan? Adam? Someone else?
Then, we hear that someone in camo garb or something was apprehended in the woods. When I first heard this, I assumed it was the brother and that was why there was confusion about the name.
But turns out that the brother was actually at work - and was not in the woods. So who was in the woods?
We hear that the mother is a teacher at the school. Then we hear that she was actually a teachers assistant. Then I see a brief interview with someone who DOES work at the school and who says "Nobody here every heard of her."
Then, tonight, she is reported as being unemployed.
First, the guns (which we have YET to get a clear description of the types and calibers) were stolen from the mother. Then, they were "legally purchased"... but no indication when or from where. Latest, a brief statement that they were "legally purchased with a license provided by a family member"... Now I'm not trying to label anybody here, but it sounds a little out of character that some suburban mom in small-town New England would have that many guns.

The ONLY picture we have seen of this guy so far is an out-of-focus pic taken in 2005! 2005? He didn't have a drivers license? A girlfriend? I can't see how he might get a gun without some sort of valid photo id.
Last I heard, only three of the children made it to the hospital. If so, this would be a stunning percentage kill-ratio wise for the guy. In fact in most public shootings, the vast majority are wounded, but not killed. Did this guy have some kind of training?
Too many loose ends. The story keeps changing.
Am I the only one who is having trouble thinking that this was just some whacko dude who blew a fuse and started shooting?

A point on LEOs: typically, Law Enforcement Officers have OK marksmanship, but do not get a lot of practice. Cops I know get two range days a year, and perhaps 30 rounds per day. High marksmanship requires CONSTANT practice. . . at least weekly. . .
So, if the shooting starts by 9:40 am, and 0bama reads words by noon, what is the time the shooting lasted? How long was the guy there?

In the old days confused early reports would be corrected by the morning newspaper... or - as you commented, the Sunday talk shows. It was better before...
He’s a 20yo, he apparently grew up with multiple guns in the house, and this appears to have been premeditated.
The Port Arthur Massacre in Tasmania had a lot of similarities. One of them was the alleged perp, who used an "assault weapon", who was mentally disabled, and who had a phenomenally high kill ratio, too.

Sociopaths and psychopaths are the same. You may be referring to psychotics who are truly demented.
There are a lot of sociopaths out there. They often function OK in a group setting and are often charming and witty. However, if you get too close to one, one on one, RUN don’t walk in the opposite direction.

Also, why aren’t the wounded released? Are they being “coached” on what they saw or didn’t see? Maybe have some psychologists “working with them?”
And if the two brothers had not seen each other for two years, how did Adam have Ryan’s I.D. on him? How do we know for sure that Ryan was not the guy in the woods?
Public schools are institutions run by administrators. They are raising our children and that is the truth. Children are only with their parents a few hours a day when they are tired and spent from school.
In addition, public schools have systematically stripped the American culture from the institutions and adopted a politically correct, authortarian insanity to govern “inferior” community of children and families. This action has been taken by “professionals” in education, government and entertainment throughout the society.
America has always had it’s maladjusted individuals. HOwever, we have never systematically targeted normal childen as deviant for their parent’s morals and discernment and boy for their normal male nature. We never targeted boys for shame because they are males.
White males are targeted with p.c. feminist doctrines that hates them and their nature. White males are targeted with drugs (and sexual grooming) to make them more like the nature of girls and homosexuals. Why would a subruban middle class community school have shrinks on staff? How many of the students were classifed as abnormal and put on drugs to reshape their behavior and personalities to fit liberal government overlords?
Those drugs were behind Columbine and I bet they are involved here, too. A lot of the young white men we see lost today, were put on these drugs which stunt normal personality and spiritual development or maturity. The drugs suppress emotion so a kid will act like a passive p.c. robot in the school factory. When they get out of the institutions they were raised in and shaped by, they are totally dysfunctional and labeled “personality disordered.”
No matter what other lessons people take out of this, learn that the public schools are twisted and that goes for white middle class school institutions too. We are abusive and insane to continue forcing children into the factory meat grinder at this point and there is no way to repair the damage done to those instituions and the teaching profession by cultural cleansers and p.c mindbots.
There is no reform that can rescue society from the p.c. public school mentality and practices. They are up-side-down and in-side-out; abnormal like Soviet society would produce. Marxists, who hate America’s Christian culture (”white-bread” social interaction, families, marriage, morals, ethics, art inspiration), America and Americans remade them in oppposite. The opposite is dead and evil. It is marxist doctrinaire; a back of upsidedown lies.

He might have been one of the millions of kids diagnosed with something just to get a check! I know a few hundred of those myself nothing wrong with them just put on an act to get what is called around here a Crazy Check!

When I was younger; G-d was welcome in the schools, abortion wasn't a topic of discussion, and students had GUNS in their school lockers. No school shootings to speak of.
Now we ban guns from schools; we boot G-d out of school, and abortion is discussed and practiced everywhere. Now people are shooting up schools, not to mention malls and other targets of opportunity.
Notice any differences?
