I have to take random drug tests to keep my job.
I would get drug tested if I am injured on the job.
Colorado just legalized pot, so there will be some intersting lawsuits I believe. Company also tests new hires.
been that way for me since 1997. Promoting drug addiction during a “recession” marked by chronically high unemployment probably isn’t a wise thing. drugs tend to make people not want to go to work.
Was already overturned in Fla, I believe.
There are some real problems with the proposal including false positives and no affordable test for some commonly abused substances anyway.
