Rita was great, but relative to Astair, none can’t compete. Astair was so natural.....’course, he didn’t have a woman’s posterior to take through the motions.

Parts of it struck the spirit of a modern day flash mob performance. Flash mobs are not nearly as glamorous and talented, but some of the joy of flash mob performances appear to be a shadow of those days when Hollywierd had some joy, talent and class.
She always exuded such joy while dancing -- a pleasure to watch.
Yes, Rita was the most natural and exuberant of the Hollywood dancers....she could keep up with Fred Astaire. I think he had to slow down with everyone else.

Nothing keeps the body in shape like being a professional dancer and being good at it....I’ll be she danced or practiced 8 hours a day....
She also danced with the 3 best hoofers in hollywood. Gene Kelly #1 Donald O’connor and Dan Duryea. Never a fan of fred astaire
