Major rule changes in the game of golf will become effective January, 20 2013.
This is only a preview as the complete rule book (expect 2716 pages) is being rewritten as we speak.
Here are a few of the changes:

Not very funny, IMHO. Golf already ‘redistributes’ wins with the handicap system.
Being a 20 handicap, I kinda like the changes... OMG I’m a closet Liberal!!!!

Not really....to redistribute you need to take away a “win” from someone else....and give to someone else....you know... “to be fair”
A handicap simply levels the playing field...Which in a way makes the game more challenging to encourage you to lower your handicap...
Maybe golf handicaps *should* be covered under the ADA...

Golf needs to be banned for ALL public officials, in particular the president. They have the ability to rig the rules in their favor while the rest of us duffers poke and plug our way through the courses.
Ban all czars as well.
