I got to call your bluff. My elected official has convinced me people don’t do anything for anyone, or anything else, unless the government mandates it, and controls it. Nice try though.
In fact, I’m sure we’re supposed to report this kind of behavior to our local authorities; certainly to dept of wildlife.
