A statement from the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office said the charges filed this week arise from the Aug. 7 incident in which Travis was involved in a traffic accident in western Grayson County.
Reports from the time of the incident show that Travis was booked into the Grayson County Jail by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers after they found Travis near the scene of a wreck at Hwy. 922 and Clover Road, just outside of Tioga. Travis was naked and officers said he refused blood and breath tests. The officers also alleged that Travis threatened to shoot them.

Well if they catch him on a lawn mower drunk we’ll know they at least took the car keys away.
He had a couple other escapades in 12 I think. He was found drunk in his car in a church parking lot and another time he got mixed up in an altercation between some girl he was with and her husband.
I think this guy was ripped of though; he only came in at #9 after getting all dressed up in something sexy...
