In Mississippi, if kindergarteners violates the dress code or act out in class, they may end up in the back of a police car.
A story about one five-year-old particularly stands out. The little boy was required to wear black shoes to school. Because he didnt have black shoes, his mom used a marker to cover up his white and red sneakers. A bit of red and white were still noticeable, so the child was taken home by the cops.
The child was escorted out of school so he and his mother would be taught a lesson.

Why was this child not executed for this heinous crime?!?
Coz teachers aren’t allowed to carry guns on school campus.
Coz teachers aren’t allowed to carry guns on school campus.
Zero tolerance = zero need for critical thinking.
Yikes!
Traumatise a child, yeah, that’s real smart. That is the kind of extremist mindset that typified Nazism in Germany. Does anyone still think that something just as radical as Nazism can’t happen over here?
And some of us still think the police will come to our aid during the coming crisis......
Nope. They’re just good for shooting dogs and terrifying 5 year olds.
It IS happening here and this is a prime example of the progressive fascist mindset of groupthink.
It brooks no variance...thinking is not allowed.
The child will either be broken to obey or will be lost to rage.
[**I know its not that black and white**]
When do we as taxpayers say STOP THIS RETARDED MADNESS!!!
We need to pass more laws and rules!!! /s
America has become a joke; an idiot nation full of foolishness.
This is but one example.
You know, you might have just hit on something that has been eluding me for some time. That is, why are we spiraling down the toilet and why do “some” people look up to a “strong man” like Obama to solve their problems?
It could very well be that there are TOO DAMN MANY LAWS on the books now. When I was growing up I always heard that what made America unique was that we were “A Nation of Laws” not men. We were taught that no one was above the law be they a ditch digger or the President of the United States.
Now it seems to be if you are a “Democrat” then the law doesn’t matter. And now people look to them to show the way through the morass of laws that they themselves were instrumental in shoving down our throats.
What a strange land I find myself in compared to my childhood and I find myself just as lost as the rest it seems.
That’s a great point. I definitely have mixed feelings about teachers having guns. It’s bad enough the cops have them. I had teachers who would have shot some kids for insulting them. I had quite a few crazy teachers. One of them recently shot and killed his wife and blamed it on his daughter’s boyfriend.
And we think the South might rise again on the 2A? Not if this stands.
I see a rich little boy after a law suit that is certain to come.
Use this, media, as your example Obama tyranny, for low information voters. They won’t like hearing of this.
Shouldn’t everyone reserve their indignation for an incident which actually occurred?
I live in MS, and have a first grader in Desoto county schools. No such rule exist here.

This is a fine argument for secession as a cure for tyranny. /s
Was the child black? Wouldn’t the MIssissippi police shot him in the back of his head if he were black?
