My daughter & son in law have a brindle Scottie named Gus. Hands down the smartest dog I have ever seen. He is fearless and faithful and built like a tank. I am sold on Scotties!
However Gus has to take a back seat to my first grand daughter who is now 19 days old. A little red head named Charlotte Rose.

Ok, 50.
I really can’t stand those kitty/puppy videos all over the place, but I said hey it’s FR how bad can it be.
Well, I laughed.
This is very cute = thanks.

My pittie loves dog videos - she just about climbed up on the desk for this one, clubbing me with her tail wag.

I don’t think I have ever seen a brindle Scottie... I thought they were all black. See that... I learned something today. Thanks, 4yearlurker.

Congrats on your grand daughter.
Grand parenting is much more fun than parenting IMHO.

We used to have a Scottie. Long time ago. Scotties have a somewhat.....shall we say, unpleasant, odor.

What a beautiful, classy, serious name for your granddaughter! My nieces and nephews are having children and some of the names being thrown around... well, some of them are not pretty. I always try to imagine the name being on a nameplate on a door of an executive office in 30 years, especially for girls. “Kimmee” just doesn’t cut it.
