Please excuse this vanity, it is being posted in "chat" for this purpose.
AMC and Dish network have obviously reached an agreement and is back in the line up. Therefore, the very popular series "The Walking Dead" is going into marathon starting this Saturday 2/9/13 at 9PM Central!
That is all...
They reached an agreement by the time the second episode of this season aired. (We are currently halfway through season three, right?) I hate this half-a-season crap they do with Walking Dead.
For those that wondered, Dish has put the AMC into the 9417 slot...
Thank you for this advisory. I haven’t watched “The Living Dead” but I did love their Super Bowl commercials. What I am happy about is that this apparently means that the next season of “Mad Men” will be on my Dish tv ( I hope).
They already had a marathon of WD on New Year’s Day on AMC.
The most annoying part? The dude who plays the redneck guy with the crossbow was making an idiotic special announcement about the sandy Hook killings that guns are baaaaaaaadd..at every commercial. I had a suspicion the producers were a bunch of libs.
Goes to show ya how much TeeVee We watch! The only “WD” we’ve seen has been on netflix... heard about the dispute and figured we’d never see it on Dish.
Figures about the anti 2nd Amendment comments from these folks... F’em.
Anyone who has seen the series surely should have known where the series leans, especially with the AIDS comment in season 1 and the “I’m not a lesbian” line in the 2nd to the last episode of past season. You’d think that that a show which deals with the use of guns against zombies instead of flowers, peace signs and rainbows would have learned..

‘Talking Dead’ expands from 30 minutes to 1 hour for the coming season.
Reset DVRs accordingly.
FYI
You mean that already controlling 98% of the themes in all of tube wackoism and news they now need their own exclusive channel???
ARRRGH!
Thanks... I guess...
Thanks for the heads up... haven’t seen that yet. Worth it?
Worth it?
RE: Talking Dead.
I enjoy it. It does give some insights into the characters and plot lines. And it has a weekly honors list of the WD’s who got whacked in the episode.
Love it. Didn't watch it the first season it was on but won't miss it now.
The hit list is good, but I love when the guest sneak some little hints and spoilers in.
I like that the kid grew up fast and knows reality. Well in hindsight, he shot his own mother before she turns into a zombie.
You can compare it to Falling Skies which leans pro-America. The father is doing his best to make sure the youngest stays a kid, and just let the 2 other older brothers take care of the occupying aliens.
I didn’t watch the zombie stuff its first season.
Then, I kept reading all the positive reviews. Netflix had the first season, so I decided to give it a try. I think I was hooked halfway through the first episode. Now, I don’t miss an episode.
