The Dove is a 1974 American biographical film directed by Charles Jarrott. The picture was produced by Gregory Peck, the third and last feature film he would produce.
The drama is based on the real life experiences of Robin Lee Graham, a young man who spent five years sailing around the world as a single-handed sailor, starting when he was 16-years old. The story is adapted from Dove (1972), the book Graham co-wrote about his seafaring experiences with Derek L.T. Gill.

Folding clothes. And looking for the Westminster Dog Show, which I can’t find. (Channel, anyone?)
If I can’t locate the dogs, I may go scrub the toilet.

Westminster Kennel club. And I’m not even a fan of dogs. But anything would be better than listening to a pack of lies right into my ear, not to mention the sickeningly saccharine exploitations of the pitiful victims of those mean white Republican heterosexual bitter clingers. Spare me.

I am drinking green tea and watching basketball (Portland/Miami). When that’s over I will watch last night’s episode of Hawaii 5-0 on the DVR before going to bed.

Dog show, working dogs on now. The Portuguese Water Dog was just described as manipulative. A good match for the guy at the podium in D.C right about now.

I am reading up on the latest techniques for hemorrhoidectomy and hoping it might be used to extract thim (-2 sp) from the office. I prefer the radical hemorrhoidectomy, you know, the nonpainless kind. It must be thorough and complete.

"Why we Dance: The Story of Thon" is coming on the big ten network at 10PM. Great documentary on PSU students helping find the cure for pediatric cancer.

I am watching a Rosalind Russell comedy, "Never Wave at a WAC." Just finished cleaning out my chimney.
I can only watch BJ Obama if someone else is impersonating him.

Watching some Ravi Zacharias videos on youtube. Excellent videos, and very timely for the days we are living in. Speaks to our culture wars and the decline of our moral society.

Citizen Kane here too. Although around 9:20 I switched channels to see if the speech started yet. Of course, it hadn’t. If the jerk was ever on time, it would be a miracle.

Watching General Hospital. After that, Young and the Restless. My soaps are more realistic than the bozo in chief.

Citizen Kane on TCM, along with a late dinner. Warm and cozy in the certainty - whatever might be officially reported - that most people are not watching the ass-hat stinking up the Well of the House.
