If you watch this and don't feel joy in your heart for the world and everything in it, your punishment is to watch it 500 more times until you complete your transformation into pure evil. Clockwork Orange-yourself into an nonergonomic chair and staple your eyes open and watch this woman shake a tail feather.

Had me worried. I was afraid it’d be Marge Champion. ;)
That’s a good song she says! LOL Lovey and lively little old lady!
I have a feeling she can drink me under the table too. ; )
ping.
LOL, that Russian’s got some moves.
the girl picks her up once a week and takes her out to eat and she always plays oldies when she drives up to the house. Nana always dances as she makes her way to the the car and the girl decided to film it.
She is pretty spry not to even have to use a cane...notice she had on some kind of medic alert necklace on.
But the stairs...hope Nana does it break a hip dancing down those stairs.
oops..meant hope Nana doesn’t break a hip
That Russian makes me laugh..especially when he is twirling around kicking up his feet to the back..he just doesn’t give a hoot about how he looks.
I have a guy who is better than Granny On-The-Steps and El Speedo! It is Hasan Baba doing the Apache Dance.
Has over 11 million hits!

At age 72, on New Year’s Eve at a dance hall with all ages there, I was voted to have the most beautiful legs on the dance floor. Why do people think we seniors lose everything we ever knew, lose our rhythm, lose our bodies, etc. Every single one of you younger people will be the same way one day and wonder why younger people think you have one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel.
I went to the doctor last Friday to get results of a fasting blood test. My cholesterol level was normal, triglycerides fine, Good cholesterol was better than good, sugar count way below being a diabetic, blood pressure 120/72. I’m 80 - how many of you have such a good report?
I should write a thin book explaining my diet to get those good numbers. I could make a fortune at my advanced age!
Marcella, I've been reading your posts for years. If I'd had to guess your age before tonight, I would have said early forty-ish. Damn, you've got spunk, and the right kind of attitude.
That's got to be what keeps you young!
I became a fitness trainer at the age of 52. I train all age groups (have trained an Olympic hopeful), but my joy is training senior citizens. To see them become what they once were is my greatest joy. The body was meant to move, even in old age.
. “If I’d had to guess your age before tonight, I would have said early forty-ish.”
You are not the only one who thinks that. When I was 74, went to a dermatologist for a rash on my right hand. Had not been to him before. I asked him how old I was. He said my skin looked to be about 45-50. Told him I was 74. He was surprised and said it had to be genes and staying out of the sun for my skin wasn’t wrinkled. He said I was keeping my right hand in water too much so use a scrubber on dishes to keep my hand out of water and use Dawn Hand Renewal liquid soap on dishes at the kitchen sink and use a cream he gave me.
Had to have day surgery on right knee a few years ago to remove arthritic crap and had to have heart ekg before surgery. I hadn’t had a heart ekg in many years so wondered how my heart was. I’m on the table with my body bare from waist up and the leads have been put on my chest. The woman tech has the test going and looks at whats happening on her machine, then looks at my body, then looks back at her machine and says, No one would believe it! I thought, oh, hell, my heart is bad. I said, Whats wrong? She said, No one would think you are 76. I said, But what about my heart? She said my heart was fine. She had scared me and she was just reacting to my skin.
When I was about 70, stopped at a Subway to get a sandwich to take home. Got to the pay man at the end of the counter and saw a sign that seniors got a discount so I asked for the discount (had to be 55 to get the discount). The man said I would have to show my drivers license because he didnt think I was as old as 55. I said I was 70 and the man behind me waiting to pay said, No way! I had to show my drivers license to prove I was at least 55. I was carded at age 70.
I think the reason you thought I was that young is because my mind is sharp and Im constantly using my mind every day. I write prepper articles on another website so Im constantly writing for that site and I post on FR all the time. I think my mind is sharper now than at any time in my life I just keep learning every day.
Im going to run for Miss America when Im 90.
Ha! You should ;-)
I'm also afflicted with the youth gene. Everyone in my family is. When I was in high school, I couldn't get a date to save my life because I reminded the girls of their baby brothers.
I regularly got carded for cigarette and alcohol purchases until I was about 43. I was so accustomed to it, it didn't even bother me. Even now, people are shocked to discover that I'm pushing 60 when I tell them.
My dad is 82, and in better condition than a lot of guys my age. He can still out-pace me when we're on walks together. I have to laugh about that, because it hasn't changed since I was a kid :-)
