Moonshiners TV star Steven Ray Tickle has been arrested for public intoxication while allegedly needing to be carried away to a city jail.
The 35-year-old known by just his surname of Tickle was arrested last week after a citizen complained of a man seen sitting in a parking lot drinking from an open container.
Police reporting to Charley's Stop and Shop in Danville, Virginia on Thursday afternoon say they found Tickle drinking alone in a parked car while also smelling of alcohol.

Thats really not bad at all.
Usually in the drunk tank they make you sit or lay in a cell until you are sobber enough to at least know you are getting booked.
(ahem, thats what I hear, ahem)
So he probably had been sleeping for a while after being falling-down-drunk and abruptly awakened. That sucks sucks sucks.

An acquaintance was arrested for being drunk in public and also not having enough money to pay his taxi driver. I snagged his photo off the internet - Johnson County Kansas posts every single mug-shot online...and they make the inmates where a gray cloth for the photo, so its just their face and no clothing, logos, etc.
I sent the photo to the guy - he replied back ‘What is that gray thing I’m wearing’. He had no memory of even being photographed.

Ole Tickle’s done his part for the series’ unit publicist this week. It was no doubt a ploy to get the show some free ink and air time and keep it “on theme” and “authentic.” All Tickle’s “expenses” will be paid by the producers of course.
“Mr White you are being charge with Drunk In Public.”
“Hey I was in a bar, they threw me into Public.”
According to interviews, JimTom likes to run his mouth too much.
And the golden rule for anyone doing any type of questionable activity is KEEP YOU MOUTH SHUT.
Hey look at the Jersey Shores and the Snookis and the like. Their bank accounts are pretty deep right now from being drunk and stupid.
But I give them credit.
Wise folks always say, “Find what you’re best at and make good with what God gave you”.
They are not good at anything except being drunk and stupid and made millions doing it. Good job.
They did have a falling out, but I don’t think exactly what happened is clear. It was brought up on the roundtable episode they had a few weeks back. Mark and Jeff just said they weren’t happy with Jim Tom and they probably wouldn’t be working with him again.

After the week I have had, I may join them. And won’t even ask for the millions!
I saw that and said, Hummmm wonder what happened?
And then I thouht to myself, Mark did get pulled over! Jim Tom was a talker, maybe talked too much about show?
