Look at the tab on top, are you on Articles or Comments?

I haven't used it in a while, but there's a setting that gives you the latest responses (which is why you sometimes see posts that simply say "Bump" or "BTTT" -- bump to the top -- to make the thread visible again for those users).

You are set on COMMENTS instead of ARTICLES. I keep mine set that way all the time. It’s more interesting because I see things I would not see if I kept it set on ARTICLES.

Your computer is running backwards in time. Here is the fix:

Shut down computer.
Pull plug.
Flip it over and plug it back in.
Turn on computer.
Walla! Now running forwards in time.
