I signed the petition that says Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent!

I signed the petition today.

I signed it, not to show support for an obviously-guilty Islamic terror bomber, but to log a very Alinsky-ite ridiculing of this chicks position, and anyone else who signs it.

Authorities: "We have proof that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev committed these bombings."

Change.Org: "No you don't."

Authorities: "We have several videotapes of him planting bombs."

Change.Org: "Faked."

Authorities: "We have receipts in his pants pocket for all the bombing supplies."

Change.Org: "You put them there."

Authorities: "He has burn and schrapnel wounds from the bombs."

Change.Org: "Lies."

Authorities: "His mother and father supported, agreed with, and stated he talked about the bombing plot a lot."

Change.Org: "Gossip."

Authorities: "He has written out a sworn confession that he did these bombings, and it is notarized and videotaped."

Change.Org: "He's lying."

Authorities: "He is RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND lighting a fuse to a bomb he made, and planted under your chair."

Change.Org: "I see him, lighting the fuse to the bomb he planted, but I refuse to believe. Someone else did it. What you are saying is bull**********BBOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM*********.

The text at the petition, that the creator of the petition (Anita Temisheva from Chicago, IL) crafted:

"We believe that within the chaos caused by the Boston Marathon explosion, two young men were wrongfully accused of something they did not do, and one of them has lost his life before even getting the opportunity of a proper trial. We do not wish to see blood of yet another innocent victim, someone who, by U.S. law, is innocent until proven guilty. It is vital to end this persecution, as all the conflicting information shown by the media, and footage from the incident, seen by people from all corners of the world, doesn't manifest itself as enough evidence to condemn Dzhokhar Tsarnaev of this heinous crime. You promised to the world that you would get to the bottom of this, and we hope you keep your word. We want evidence. We want truth. We want justice."

Literally speaking, he IS innocent... he is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Of course the court of public opinion and common sense have already made up their minds... but until a court of law bangs the gavel, he is “innocent” in he eyes of the law. Alfred Hitchcock said in an interview once that while you can show the ticking bomb and the persons having the conversation unaware of the bomb under the table, you cannot actually have the bomb go off if you want the suspense to have a successful payoff.

I suppose the pressure cooker bombs they threw at the police while trying to escape (using the same pressure cooker as the original bombs) and all the bomb-making supplies they found mean nothing to these people.

The police also claimed the kid shot himself in the neck. They later admitted didn't have a gun.

I think the police ran over him but want to blame the younger brother.

My posts only focused on the two police reports. They were self serving, designed to absolve the police of any responsibility for the brother being run over. Similarly, the police now realize they shot the boat full of holes trying to capture an unarmed terrorist.

The brothers most likely are guilty of placing the bombs. I doubt they acted alone and I still doubt the veracity of the police reports.

If you think the cops ran over him and lied about him running over his brother, that is the kind of stuff that the Alex Jone's are saying. Which lead me to believe you may be in that camp. If not, then never mind.
