When can we put an end to this "world's most beautiful woman" and "world's sexiest man" idiocy? First of all, who decides these things? Secondly, do they check out every man or woman in the world before they make these claims? Obviously not, the choice is always made from among a few hundred celebrities who get a lot of publicity. Thirdly, of all the beautiful women and sexy men in the world, some would appeal to some, and others to others, and there would be so many possibilities to choose from that it would be impossible to choose.
