Netflix has The Ox-Bow Incident on DVD. I never watched this acclaimed movie until I previewed it for this posting. Im glad I did. From what I have seen so far of 1943 movies The Ox-Bow Incident deserved its best picture nomination HJS.

I have always believed this to be a good movie; however, if its hidden intent was to change my opinion on the exercise of the death penalty it didn’t work.
