In direct contrast to feckless poltroon John Boehner, Darrel Issa is showing some serious cojones in his pursuit of Hillary and Obama on Benghazi.

Oh, now that is a venerable and quintessentially Shakespearean word!

To avoid the use of elevated language and command of the spoken word, is the realm of the weak of spirit, the poltroon of thought.

There once was a man, a poltroon
Whose death came a little too soon
He’s with us today
We’ve worked out a way
To use his skull as a spitoon

No Toronto player was a poltroon, nor was it lack of effort that resulted in their recent, sudden demise to the Bruins...

Is it to soon?
To say it's news

That hockey game was one for the ages. Now my beloved Rangers have to face Boston, extending the rivalry between the two cities beyond Yankees/Red Sox, Giants/Patriots (Super Bowls,) and Knicks/Celtics.

I complained about my leader,
The guy was a poltroon!
I wrote a nice note yesterday,
And Sunday afternoon.
I sent off all the messages,
I hope to hear back soon.

...

I got my answer in the news,
They sent me a platoon.

Speaking of poltroons, here are people advocating shooting criminals in the back as they run away.
