She’s gone from Disney star to R-rated cautionary tale as far as parents are concerned.
Miley Cyrus was voted as the worst female celebrity role model for children, narrowly edging out fellow trainwreck Lindsay Lohan in a recent poll.
The findings of the survey of 2,407 parents is even more jarring considering the 19-year-old Cyrus was once a tween favorite during her Disney Channel days. .
Lindsay Lohan, with her hard partying and legal troubles, finished just 3% behind Cyrus in the survey. Cyrus, 19, earned the disdain of 68% of parents in the survey after a stretch where she ditched her squeaky-clean “Hannah Montana” image with increasingly risque stage performances and attire.
Chris Brown was named the worst male celebrity role model by parents. Lohan finished with a 65% un popularity rating.
Reality star Kim Kardashian (63%), with a brand new baby of her own to influence, finished third, just ahead of gossip tabloid regular Amanda Bynes (61%). Former “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham (59%) finished fifth, buoyed by her sex tape.
Among male celebrities, Chris Brown (71%), who was arrested in 2009 for a vicious beatdown of his on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna, easily topped the list. Finishing in second place was rapper Kanye West (67%).
Singer Justin Bieber was only the No. 3 worst male celebrity role model, but shows promise to finish higher in the future given his recent spate of tabloid headlines. Even before being accused of stomping on the American flag on the set of his new music video, Lil Wayne (58%) finished fourth, squeaking by “Anger Mangement” star Charlie Sheen (56%) and disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong (54%).

Hey its not a crime if you figure out you can make money on your looks and you can get stupid people to unleash the money floodgates every time you do something outrageous.
I think Miley knows what marketing is all about and sex sells.
Just ask any liquor, car company , burger joint, ect.
Its all about keeping your name out there.
Just like that fat cow Kim Kardasian. She makes me want to start into the sun. At least Miley's cute.

And aside from being cuter than Ms. Kardashian, at least Ms. Cyrus has some demonstrable talent.
I kinda like the short hair on her - it’s sort of pixieish, and it looks good on her.

Defending the cave man here, but she is fine in my book. She has been with the same guy for years and they are either married or going to be. Yet, Taylor Swift is everyones sweetheart and has been through a dozen partners in the same period of time. Go figure, let alone who gives a rats ass?
