Aaron Hernandez, the former star New England Patriot tight end who has been at the center of a police investigation since a body was found near his Massachusetts home, was charged Wednesday with the murder of a semi-professional football player.

Hernandez, who reportedly pleaded not guilty to six charges that included murder and other weapons charges, did not react inside the Attleboro District courtroom, which was filled with journalists, victim family members and court officers.

You are right Sport.

The world is a changing place. being over 70 and on a pension, my life is worse that worthless, because I am considered a burden. We will all find out who is worth what in a couple of years when Obamacare fully kicks in and the Affirmative Action people hired to determine my worth go thumbs down on my Health care.

The Patriot’s signing of Hernandez’ College football partner Tebow occurred just before all of this.......

....is that a sign that New England was already having serious trouble with Hernandez’ attitudes and were hoping a little Tebow-Time might straighten him out?

hope you would not impose morals charges against him and fire him.

Not in his case but I would if he was one of my pro football players who is an ambassador of my team and subject to my "zero tolerance" rules.

I don't want to have to spend the next six months to forever trying to explain to the press why I kept him on the team.

It's his problem, not mine. Once he gets it straightened out then he can come back........Pretty simple really.

My FRiend, it seemed to me like everything changed November 5, 2008. Up was down, wrong was right, black was white. I don’t like it but that is the way it appeared to me. I ,too am several years over 70. And knowing what is ahead, I thank the Good Lord every day that I am not 20. They have no idea of the misery that they inflicted upon themselves on November 4, 2008 and reaffirmed November 6, 2012. But they will find out.

Yes: The next ten years are going to be hard.

I feel sorry for my kids and Grandkids..

We have allowed the greatest country in the world to become a swamp thanks to political correctness and liberalism.

hernandez is a punk who got lucky and the pats were right to dump his ass, another great role model for kids.

So what if he isn’t a tight end, he wasn’t a quarterback either.
