Looks like F-15 tail section with F-16 wing with thrust-vectoring. It seems like pretty old technology.

Well, the suckoff was designed to do close combat ballet. The F-22 just flies in and shoot once from - well, we don't really know how many miles away, turn around and get back in time for the volleyball game behind the officer's club.

They could be but not as capable as the F-22!!The F-16 ,F-18 and F-15 have beat every advisory they have faced. Airplanes do wear out though!!!
