No soy is a biggie... not the soy, per se... (though soy is unfit for human consumption)... what it is is that EVERY processed food has soy in some form in it. It’s a matter of being conscientious of what you are eating... and not “recreational eating” as a dear friend of mine calls it.
I think 9it is 80% or more of all soy in the US is genetically modified now
it also increases estrogen in males, too
and it has a pH of 7!
However, lately, I have increased my intake of DiHydrous Monoxide that has a pH of 11.5 through a solution
I feel great and hydrated, too
I thought so much of this was bogus...and then I tried it, and I am a believer, it really works
"This is an opinion piece not a scientific study," American Beverage Association told USA Today via email. "Low-calorie sweeteners are some of the most studied and reviewed ingredients in the food supply today. They are a safe and an effective tool in weight loss and weight management, according to decades of scientific research and regulatory agencies around the globe."And the ABA is correct. Agenda-driven research by and large is anti-capitalist in origin -- or at least its funding is.
