Chris Christie (RINO - NJ) seems to have no love for Rand Paul. He has had some vicious words for him lately...
Rand Paul has fired back: "If Governor Christie believes the Constitutional rights and the privacy of all Americans is esoteric, he either needs a new dictionary or he needs to talk to more Americans, because a great number of them are concerned about the dramatic overreach of our government in recent years."
I remember Rush Limbaugh putting it this way - concerning Chris Christie and Obama (D) - "Christie's the only Republican not just praising Obama, it's a - let's just put it this way. Is it wrong for one man to love another man? But that man love out there is isolated in the state of New Jersey."
In American politics you basically have the Establishment RINO Repubs and the Establishment Dems who seem to be obsessed with reaching across the aisle to one another. Recent example: McCain/Schumer. Just the tip of the iceberg there. Have you ever seen McCain call Dems "Hobbits" and behave that way with Dems like he seems to with conservative Republicans/Tea Partiers?
Establishment Repubs and Dems both love:
1.) Borrow-and-spend (one has us on a fast track to bankruptcy while the other is on the slow track).
2.) Constant overseas interventionism. (Instead of holding to a position of being neither isolationist nor interventionist), but holding to a vision that the Founding Fathers would have.
3.) Amnesty
4.) Banker bailouts
Etc, etc.
You can believe what you want concerning Christie and whether or not he holds to 1-4, but I believe that we once again see another RINO (Christie) attacking a Republican (Rand Paul) - haven't we seen enough of that - and yet these RINOS never seem to hit Dems as hard as they do their own fellow Repubs. I wonder why that is...
The HIPPO has a man-crush on Obama.
The part about “not caring for another man” (Rand Paul) is my part, but it seems as if that is once again the way that it goes with RINOS taking off the gloves for fellow Republicans but not doing the same with Dems.
I suspect Christie is actually a democrat masquerading as a republican because it helps his election in NJ.
I suspect that the Republican party is really the Democrat party, at least on the national level -- look at how much has been passed in recent years that could have been stopped by any real Republican push-back. Hell, just look at Amnesty alone!
Big spending, money-oozing Obama is a big sloppy grease-dripping cheeseburger compared to Rand Paul’s austere baloney-on-white.
who would win a foot race between Christie and Hillary?
And what would it measure on the Richter Scale?
Ann Coulter is jealous too. 0bama stole her boyfriend.
I don’t much care about Christie’s opinion of Rand Paul, but I always thought his old man was a “whack job” and I wonder how far the seed fell from the tree.
No need to know more about Christie than this. If he thinks, this attack on Rand Paul is going to gain him support, he obviously has hired the same political advisors that Rubio has hired.
Hey Christie, don’t expect Obama to give you a reach around.
