Former Governor Sarah Palin in an exclusive interview that will air tonight on Greta Van Susteren state she was forbidden to bring up anything negative about Barack Obama on the campaign trail back in 2008. She states that the GOP elite interfered with the McCain camp and prevented them, especially her to not talk about Jeremia Wright, Bill Ayers and most likely Obama's eligibility problem and shady past. Sarah Palin has had the reputation of being a viscous campaigner who went for the jugular when attacking her political opponent. She went up against two well seasoned professional politicians by the name of Alaska ex-Governor Frank Murkowski and incumbent Governor Toney Knowles. She beat them both for the governorship becoming the 14th person in our nations history to unseat a incumbent governor. It's a shame that John McCain wilted under pressure from Karl Rove and other GOP elite. We wouldn't be going through this constitutional crisis today. The interview with Greta comes on tonight at 10pm eastern on Fox News.

Agreed. How many of us wondered why she wasn’t saying this or that? Michigan is where she said ‘screw it’, and went rouge. I was witness to it. And it was very clear McCain was not happy. It was from that moment on, Palin tried as hard as she could to be herself, and when McCain’s handlers started turning their back on her.
