I know the feeling!
I’ve been gone a lot of today, of course the grocery store took the longest and made me so dog-gone tired. I haven’t gotten everything straightened up yet! I must make myself get this mess over-with! I may not ever get finished...LOL!!
I enjoyed the conversing between you and Meg.....very cute!
Wow...I’m tired today too...just got back from band practice!
It’s Sunday morning, I survived the second trip to Indiana. Tired, hurting, but am glad I was there for my DIL. Can’t hold her hand for the chemo though. The butcher did get all the cancer, was only in 1 lymph node so he only took a total of 3, but left a massive scare with his staples, instead of sutures. He also nicked a vein he had to repair in a second surgery, he used sutures on it.
But praise be to GOD all the cancer was gotten.

Tell me if you can get this video of Braelyn in her church program? I’m just not sure it has been received! I’m sending to me to see if I can get it. LOL!
Yep, I got it this time so I think everyone can see it now. I love little kids performing in programs like this. It makes me smile so big!
I can’t see it..It says it is uaavailable at this time..
I don’t have a Facebook acct.
I love the beauty of fall but its also a little depressing. Maybe because I don’t like the cold weather that comes next! But we get used to it and don’t think much about it as we know spring always follows. Spring is my favorite time....not too cold, not too hot, and everything is starting to bloom and its just so pretty!
I must not complain about the weather as I can’t change it. And there’s a reason for each season. The Man up above planned it all out and its not for us to try to change it.
I love your Fall picture.
Wish you could have seen that cute video of Braelyn. Her little sister is due any moment now. I just know the next time the phone rings, its going to be telling me “our new little girl is here.” They will probably call me as she’s on her way to the hospital but I can’t rush out there like I did when Braelyn was born. Three years makes a big difference when you get my age!
If you had a link other than facebook it would be public..You have privacy restrictions with Facebook links.
I love fall because of the crisp mornings though warm weather and green trees will be with us for another month or more. Just before Thanksgiving time usually has the best tree color. Winter here is pretty mild compared to others..though we do get really cold at times.
Without winter ...we would not love spring so much!
Recently, I began studying the kings of the Old Testament with some friends. I noticed on the chart that we were using that a few of the leaders of the kingdoms of Israel and Judah are labeled good, but most of them are labeled bad, mostly bad, extra bad, and the worst.
King David is described as a good king who followed [God] with all his heart (1 Kings 14:8) and is an example to follow (3:14; 11:38). The bad kings are noted for their willful rejection of God and for leading their subjects into idolatry. King Jeroboam, the first king to rule Israel after the kingdom was divided, has the legacy of being remembered as one of the worst kingswho sinned and who made Israel sin (14:16). Because of his bad example, many kings who came after him are compared to him and are described as being as evil as he was (16:2,19,26,31; 22:52).
Each of us has a unique sphere of influence, and that influence can be used for evil or for good. An unfettered faithfulness to God is a light that will shine brightly and leave a legacy of good.
Its our privilege to bring glory to the Lord. May others see His light shining through us and be drawn to His goodness.
Read: 1 Kings 14:7-16

You know I never joined Facebook, I just started forwarding things that others had sent from Facebook. I don’t understand all about these sites. All I know is that I never joined Facebook but I can forward things from there through what people send me. I’ll never understand it all. No use for me to try.....LOL!
I bought some bacon and sausage yesterday but I just didn’t feel like fixing it this morning. Maybe later I will fix it for breakfast/lunch when I feel more like cooking. I’m not that energetic this morning for some reason! It’ll be just as good for lunch or supper and I will freeze part of the sausage I guess. I love to crumble the sausage in a fry pan and then make my gravy with it....Yum! And I like a little jam or jelly on the side, too.
At one time in my life, I wouldn’t have any gravy except made from scratch. But I tried the Pioneer brand of gravy mix and I mix that up and add to the scrambled sausage. I also do my scrambled eggs that way BUT I DO NOT MAKE BREAKFAST LIKE THAT DAILY! Many mornings its cereal and sometimes sweet grits.
