Just tuned in to hear the same boring singsong rhythms and completely trite speechifying we're used to, whether Obama's at the Lincoln Memorial or a high school gym.

What I wasn't prepared for was how tepid the applause was.

Seems like a bigtime fail. Comments?

It’s bad for the circuitry; TVs with his image cease to operate because of the holes that suddenly appear in them. I just can’t afford a new TV every time he’s on one.

I solved that problem with a series of mirrors. I keep spares in the garage. My wife hates the sandbags in the house, however.

I agree. Obama speaks in an annoying, clipped monotone that drives me up the wall, when I did listen to him. I have the same reaction whenever Hillary Clinton opens her yap.

I had it muted, but I looked up a couple of times to see The Prince in his favorite Benito Mussolini, chin-out-looking-down-his-nose pose. All he needed to do was fold his arms and rcok back and forth on his heels a little bit.....and he would have Il Duce nailed.
